One parent per child notice
Prevent spread of Covid 19

Please note during these times we have added measures in place to reduce the spread of the infection Covid-19. These measures include:

  • Please reschedule your appointment if anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19
  • Please arrive exactly at your allocated appointment time
  • Only one parent may attend with your child.
  • Please maintain social distancing as directed
  • Children over 13 and their parent/guardian should wear a face covering when attending any of CHI’s emergency, outpatients, admissions/day ward departments.
  • Face coverings are not required for children under 13 unless clinically advised.
