New Children's Health Ireland website launches

We are delighted to launch a new website for patients, families, staff and all our stakeholders at Children's Health Ireland.

The new site represents a single digital experience for CHI and is the new digital front-door for all services available at CHI locations. The new site replaces 5 legacy websites as our services coalesce across Crumlin, Tallaght, Temple St and Connolly hospitals. It's the first iteration of an evolving digital presence as we head towards opening the new children’s hospital.

Over the past number of months, we conducted research with patients, families, and stakeholders to understand their key needs and designed the site architecture, navigation, and content based on those insights. Usability testing was conducted with representatives from our key audiences to ensure the site would be easy to use and help them accomplish the tasks that matter most. We hope the website improves digital access for children, young people and their families.
