About Children's Health Ireland

Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) provides health services for children and young people across Ireland. We operate four children’s hospitals within the greater Dublin area, and manage all national paediatric services. The new children’s hospital project will see us expand our services. A new hospital will be built on the campus of St. James's Hospital, along with two new outpatient and urgent care centres.

Our vision and mission

Our vision is for healthier children and young people throughout Ireland.

We aim to promote and provide child-centred, research-led, learning informed healthcare to the highest standards of safety and excellence. We do this in partnership with each other, with children, young people and their families through a network of children’s services in Ireland.
