Family Engagement

Children's Health Ireland is committed to engaging with our parents, guardians and families through the Family Advisory Network.

Family Advisory Network

Children's Health Ireland are committed to having patient and family engagement when designing services, developing projects or carrying out research. The patient feedback and support service (PFSS) receives regular communications requesting family engagement and we now want to formalize how these requests are put out.

As such we are gathering the names and contact details of any family members of CHI patients or former patients who are now adults who are interested in being contacted about these requests and engagements.

How do I become a member of the Family Advisory Network?

  • You must be a parent/guardian/caregiver or past patient (18 yrs or over)
  • Over the last 3 years you must have attended one of the CHI hospitals (CHI at Tallaght, Temple Street, Crumlin or Connolly)
