A Patient Panel for Spinal Services is being formed to improve communication with patients and families from our spinal services, to ensure patients’ voices are heard and valued.
Members of the Patient Panel will be asked for their input into specific communication pieces relating to spinal services, for example, appointment letters, patient information leaflets, and information on www.childrenshealthireland.ie.
We are seeking names and contact details of any parents, family members or patients from CHI’s Spinal Services aged 16yrs+ who are interested in being contacted for this purpose.
If you are under 16yrs your parent or guardian will need to apply on your behalf.
