Children's Health Ireland (CHI) is hosting a Family Forum

This meeting will provide an update on the Family Advisory Network (FAN) and some of the projects FAN have been involved in to date. The meeting will include an update on the Electronic Healthcare Record and finally, Nuala Clark (Nurse Sepsis Lead in CHI) will provide information on Sepsis.
